Steps:

  1. Click “Publish” button
  2. Select “Publish immediately”
  3. Confirm WordPress site
  4. Click “Publish Now”

Set a specific date and time for automatic publishing.

  • Publishing during optimal times

Steps:

  1. Click “Publish” button
  2. Select “Schedule”
  3. Choose date and time
  4. Confirm WordPress site
  5. Click “Schedule”

Content is sent to WordPress but not published, allowing manual review.

Best for:

  • Client approval workflows
  • Multi-step review process
  • Additional WordPress-side edits

Steps:

  1. Click “Publish” button
  2. Select “Save as Draft”
  3. Confirm WordPress site
  4. Click “Save to WordPress”

Auto-Select BlogShoot can suggest categories based on content:

  • Enabled by default
  • Based on topic and keywords
  • Can be overridden manually

Manual Selection Choose from your WordPress categories:

  1. Click category dropdown
  2. Select one or more
  3. Create new category if needed

Auto-Generate AI suggests relevant tags:

Enable/disable comments:
