Quick Start Guide

Welcome to BlogShoot! This guide will help you create your first AI-generated blog post in just a few minutes.

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A BlogShoot account (sign up at app.blogshoot.com)
  • A WordPress website with admin access
  • WordPress REST API enabled (usually enabled by default)
  1. Log in to app.blogshoot.com
  2. Click “Create Workspace” in the dashboard
  3. Enter your workspace details:
    • Workspace Name: e.g., “My E-commerce Blog”
    • Industry: Select your business category
    • Target Audience: Describe your ideal reader
  1. Navigate to IntegrationsWordPress
  2. Click “Add WordPress Site”
  3. Enter your site details:
    Site URL: https://your-site.com
    Username: your-admin-username
    Application Password: [generated from WordPress]
  1. Click “Test Connection” to verify
  2. Click “Save”

The questionnaire helps our AI understand your business and create personalized content.

  1. In your workspace, click “Complete Setup Questionnaire”
  2. Answer questions about:
    • Your business and products/services
    • Your target audience and their pain points
    • Your brand voice and tone
    • Your content goals
    • Your main competitors
  1. Click “Create New Content”
  2. Choose a content type:
    • Blog Post: Standard 1500-2000 word article
    • How-To Guide: Step-by-step tutorial
    • Listicle: Top 10 / Best of style post
  3. Enter a topic or keyword
  4. Click “Generate Content”

Our 10-agent AI system will now:

  • Research your topic
  • Generate SEO-optimized content
  • Create custom images
  • Format for readability

This typically takes 3-5 minutes.

  1. Review the generated content in the editor
  2. Make any desired edits
  3. Preview how it will look on your site
  4. Click “Publish to WordPress”

That’s it! Your first AI-generated blog post is now live on your WordPress site.
