Managing Workspaces
Learn how to create and manage multiple workspaces for different projects, brands, or clients.
What is a Workspace?
Section titled “What is a Workspace?”A workspace is a container for all content and settings related to a specific project or brand. Each workspace has its own:
- Business profile and questionnaire responses
- Brand voice and tone settings
- Connected WordPress sites
- Generated content and drafts
- Team members and permissions
Creating a Workspace
Section titled “Creating a Workspace”- Click “Create Workspace” in the dashboard
- Enter workspace details:
- Name: Descriptive name (e.g., “Main Blog”, “Client XYZ”)
- Industry: Select your business category
- Website: Your primary website URL
- Click “Create”
Workspace Settings
Section titled “Workspace Settings”General Settings
Section titled “General Settings”- Workspace Name: Update anytime
- Default Language: Content generation language
- Timezone: For scheduling and reports
Brand Profile
Section titled “Brand Profile”Configure your brand identity:
- Brand voice and tone
- Target audience
- Key messaging
- Style guidelines
Team Members
Section titled “Team Members”Invite collaborators with different roles:
- Owner: Full access, billing
- Admin: All features except billing
- Editor: Create and edit content
- Viewer: Read-only access
Switching Between Workspaces
Section titled “Switching Between Workspaces”- Click workspace dropdown in header
- Select workspace to switch to
- Or use keyboard shortcut:
Cmd/Ctrl + K→ “Switch workspace”
Workspace Templates
Section titled “Workspace Templates”Save time by creating templates:
- Set up a workspace completely
- Click “Save as Template”
- Use template for new workspaces

- One workspace per website
- Separate settings and content

Naming Conventions
Section titled “Naming Conventions”Use clear, descriptive names:
- ✅ “Acme Corp Blog”
- ✅ “Client: TechStartup Inc”
- ✅ “Personal Blog - Tech Reviews”
- ❌ “Workspace 1”
- ❌ “Test”
Archiving Workspaces
Section titled “Archiving Workspaces”Archive completed or inactive workspaces:
- Go to Workspace Settings
- Click “Archive Workspace”
- Confirm action
Archived workspaces:
- Don’t count toward workspace limits
- Can be reactivated anytime
- Retain all content and settings
Deleting Workspaces
Section titled “Deleting Workspaces”To delete:
- Go to Workspace Settings
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Click “Delete Workspace”
- Type workspace name to confirm
- Click “Delete Permanently”
